San Pedro Belize Lobsterfest Starts TOMORROW! The Details

Time flies when you are busy…and having fun.  It’s already JUNE.  And that means Lobster season in Belize AND Lobster Festivals along the coast.  Placencia, Caye Caulker and…AMBERGRIS CAYE!

The San Pedro Lobsterfestival was first celebrated in 2007.  My friends and I had a cupcake stand – forgot to bring any lighting – and had to sleep for 48 hours as soon as it was over.  Here was our unlit banner.

We are now on festival #11 and it’s shaping up to be a great one.

Here are some of the highlights.

  • Passport:  This is the official scoop –> Each guest attending the Lobster Crawl is given a Lobster Festival “Passport”.
In the passport there is a page for each of the day and night Lobster Festival events; for each page that guests get stamped by the participating venue they are entitled to a raffle ticket. One lucky participant will win a vacation package for 2 to attend the San Pedro Lobster Festival 2018!!  Local airfare, hotel stays, tours, golf cart rental, bar tabs, dinners, massages and lots more.  Trust me…you WILL be busy.
  • The Schedule & the Stampin’

Here are all the events, some photos that I took from past years and links to their website and/or Facebook pages so that you can get updates as they are announced.

There will be t-shirts and all sorts of stuff available at each one of the stops.
