My Wedding In San Pedro, Belize – A Guest Post by Kelly!
Hi there…I am Kelly, an avid reader of the San Pedro Scoop; so I am honored to be writing a guest post for her blog. I love reading Rebecca’s posts daily as more often than not I feel more homesick for San Pedro than Boston. (We relocated to TX several years ago from the Boston area.)
We were married in San Pedro in April 2010 and I am happy to share that day with you. We had about 30 friends and family that joined us at the Sunbreeze Hotel for the week. Everyone had an amazing time and we could not say enough good things about Miss Julia and her staff. We left there feeling like we had made friends that will last a lifetime. (We’ve been back twice since the wedding and are planning on a third trip for April to celebrate our 3rd anniversary.)
We planned to work with Kay Scott for our photography, but unfortunately, due to a family emergency Kay was not going to be in town for our wedding. She suggested Colette and Maya at Creative Conch and we were extremely happy. They captured the memories we created that day perfectly and we had a blast working with them! Now I will let the pictures tell the story 🙂

Sand for the sand ceremony…
(SanPedroScoop interrupting…LOVE THESE BRIDEMAIDS’ DRESSES. They always say it…but these you COULD wear again.)

The groom’s turn…
We had wedding crashers!
Not the best picture of me but I loved that I was able to get a picture with the MP!! I found out when we went back in November that I made all of the staff of the Blue Water nervous when I went running out the police on the beach. Oops!!
It’s not a REAL party until Coconut Leo stops by…
